
NON-CIRCUMVENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Non-Circumvent and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date below by and between the undersigned party (“Buyer” and/or “Buyer’s Agent”) and Jeffrey Zicker of The Agency (“Seller’s Representative”).
In consideration of being granted access to view and/or receive information regarding the property, the Buyer and Buyer’s Agent agree as follows:
Non-Circumvention: Buyer and/or Buyer’s Agent shall not circumvent, bypass, or otherwise exclude Jeffrey Zicker and The Agency Las Vegas / The Agency Henderson from any transaction, negotiation, or communication relating to the property. All inquiries, offers, and discussions concerning the property must be conducted exclusively through Jeffrey Zicker of The Agency Las Vegas. This obligation shall remain in effect so long as the property remains inactive in any multiple listing service (MLS). All prospective buyers or buyer’s representatives must sign the below confidentiality agreement form prior to any sharing of property details or any in-person viewing of the property.
Confidentiality: Buyer and Buyer’s Agent agree to keep all information obtained regarding the property strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Seller’s Representative. Details concerning the property’s availability and pricing may not be shared verbally, in written form, or online without express permission by the seller and/or the seller’s representative.
All showing requests to the seller’s representative must be accompanied by proof of sufficient funds for the purchase or a pre-approval letter.
